GEMS: Precisiona’s curated insights on Growth Enablers & Musings Signal—concise commentary on personal growth, learning, and wellbeing, delivered privately to your inbox.
At Precisiona, we believe meaningful, sustainable change emerges from the interplay of evidence and reflection—what Dewey and Schön frame as disciplined inquiry. GEMS is our space for curated insights that spotlight the enablers of growth in HealthTech and EdTech, while weaving in musings that connect systems, science, and human‑centric design. The entries are crafted to be concise yet resonant: a signal worth tuning into for innovators, learners, and leaders navigating the future of wellbeing and skills in health and education.
Your perspectives matter. Share how these signals resonate with your work and reach out to explore them further together.
GEMS is curated by Precisiona Partner, Dr Náder Alyani, with the support of engaged colleagues.
I am an independent trainer, senior learning designer, and implementor with over 20 years of cross‑sector experience spanning education, research, corporate consulting, and digital health.
As co‑founder of Precisiona, my advisory work empowers individuals and teams to recognise entrenched behaviour patterns, unlearn in order to unlock new pathways for growth, and move toward a more enabled, harmonious, and optimised version of themselves.
Whether working one‑on‑one or with organisational units, I illuminate the unseen dynamics that shape our actions—making the invisible visible, the abstract tangible, and the disembodied personified. With a deep understanding of what derails transformation, I help align internal processes with evolving human capability, adding value by integrating and unifying human+ tools powered by machine learning and AI to amplify impact.
My professional journey includes roles as teacher, sport psychologist, certified coach, scientific researcher, adjunct professor, and advisor to corporate and government large‑scale digitalisation initiatives. I also draw from decades of practice in the Oriental Arts—Taekwondo, Tai Chi Chuan, Yoga, Shiatsu—and Sufi poetry, having had the privilege to train alongside elite global teams. This legacy sharpens my insight into the vulnerabilities and blind spots within transformation systems, health, and therapy, informing my unfiltered, pragmatic approach to unified change.
📍 Based in Aachen, Germany, and Vilnius, Lithuania, I collaborate across the UK, Baltics, Northeastern Europe, and the UAE.
